Informal training takes place on a daily basis supported by the firms flat structure and access to senior traders. Classroom training session provides an introduction to the basics of options theory, Open Futures&#8217; proprietary approach to trading options and a forum for senior traders to present adhoc trading topics.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Electronic Mock Trading gives those in the trading program an opportunity to practice their\u00a0 electronic trading skills. We stimulate live market data and order execution using Open Futures&#8217; electronic trading platforms.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Introduction to Software Development highlights the importance of technology to Open Futures&#8217; Trading. With the pervasiveness of electronic trading, more traders find that programming skills can enhance their effectiveness. Hence traders with some level of programming skill will be given enough opportunity to use to help build a strong IT team.The mentor program facilitates open discourse by assigning a senior trader to a new hire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2.
